Our 2009 criteria included a palm being used, a map of Michigan, and inclusion of at least one of Michigan's state symbols.

Accepting Submissions
MFF is accepting submissions for new work produced specifically for this festival in the MFF Competition.
Deadline
Don’t miss the submission deadline for the MFF Competition: October 2, 2010.

Compete in either the adult or student category for a chance at winning the top prize of $1000.00!
Each entry must be under 10 minutes and include the following three elements:
- A palm used as a map of Michigan to show a location
- A reference to the upper peninsula of Michigan
- A reference to a locally-owned business
